Founded in 2012, Aleydis Prestige has been an important provider of high-end recruitment and lifestyle services. Over the last 10 years, our agency served all types of clientele, from individuals, families through on to firms and added value to their everyday life.

Myriame and Mohamad; partners in life and business
Myriame
Founder & CEO
Inspired by her family’s legacy in hospitality, Myriame launched the company shortly after completing her Fashion Master’s studies at Bocconi University in Milan. With a refined sense of service and etiquette, further sharpened through her expertise in Experience and Design Management, Myriam brings a creative yet structured approach to gives a hint of freshness in the service industry. Fluent in French, German, English, and Italian, she seamlessly bridges cultures, ensuring Aleydis Prestige resonates on an international scale. Outside of work Myriame likes
Mohamad
COO
Chief Operating Officer, complements Myriam’s vision with a scientific and operational edge. A biologist by background, he gained invaluable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, notably as a Program Manager at Lonza, contributing to the production of the COVID-19 vaccine. Mohamad oversees the Middle East and Africa markets, driving expansion and operational excellence. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, he brings his analytical acumen and global perspective to the business. Outside of work, Mohamad enjoys tennis, football, and skiing, embracing a balanced and dynamic lifestyle.
Emir
Senior Recruitment Consultant
With a background in chemistry and experience in criminology, Emir brings a unique analytical perspective to the world of Human Resources and Recruitment. Over the past 7 years, he has honed his expertise in talent acquisition and client management, thriving on connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, he seamlessly navigates multicultural environments, ensuring exceptional satisfaction for both clients and candidates.
Passionate about recruitment, Emir finds joy in the immediate impact his work has on people’s lives and businesses. A true Star Wars fanatic, he channels his favorite quote, “I am a simple man making his way through the galaxy” (Boba Fett), into his approach to life and work—balancing curiosity, focus, and determination to excel.
Emir is a dedicated professional whose passion for connecting people and creating lasting solutions makes him a shining star in the recruitment galaxy.

Omaima plays a key role in managing both Human Resources and Accounting at Aleydis Prestige. Fluent in French and Arabic, she brings strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to her work.
Outside the office, Omaima is passionate about fitness, enjoys reading, and loves spending time in nature, often exploring hiking trails. Her balanced lifestyle and dedication to personal growth mirror her commitment to ensuring smooth operations and a positive environment within the team.
